beep from incoming second call annoying

when the customer is on a call and the second call rings in the is a loud beep. can this be turned off?

Yes, you can turn off the beep for call-waiting.

This cannot be done in CCA, but in CLI, you just have to find the DN for that extension, then add the following command:

   no call-waiting beep
