Call forwarding issue

The redirecting number there is a B in front of the IAN. exmp; B7244553085 instead of 7244553085. So the forwarded call fails. I am with the telephone Company trying to fix I trouble for a customer. The B is not coming from or equipment and the trouble started after a cisco call manager was put in place.

this is a copy of what we are seeing.

Maybe some more info would help. We have a customer that when they forward a DID number it is failing the call. This customer is able to forward other lines without issue. This is a forward number to a cell phone. He also can forward this number to his cell without issue but after investigating this issue that is where we found the B in the  beginning of the number string. As shown in the IAM Message. We have found a work around for this issue but I was wondering if anyone has come across this issue before. I am again with the local telephone company trying to help or customer out.
