Caller ID Cisco 8841

We are currently running CUCM 12.5.1.16900-48.  We have Cisco 8841 and 8845 model phones.  When a call is made from outside our network the caller ID shows Wireless Caller and the phone number, but once the call is answered the phone number goes away.  Is it possible for the phone number to remain on the screen?  The phone is already configured with Enhanced Line Mode.
