Hi all.
I have read a lot of documents and applied configuration changes to the voice-ports in my UC-520 but until now I can not get to work the incoming Caller ID function; I think it is a matter of matching parameters with my telephony company: Telmex in Mexico.
I did not find any reference for the telephone line specifications, so I was guessing but with no luck.
Does anybody have the Caller ID function properly in Mexico with Telmex and with UC500? Can share with me the configuration?
After many changes, I went back to the following configuration:

Have you verified first the caller ID works with a normal telephone ?

Yes, with a telephone set with caller-id, with every line before to conect to UC520.

There are settings for caller-id ring under voice-port, try that.

After erratic behavior of UC520 I decided to reinstall from scratch, configuring again by hand with CCA, not restoring any configuration, and now everything is working well. I think I did a mess with the configuratión using CCA and CLI. Sorry, my mistake.
So for Caller-id the default configuration works well, nothing additional to do.
Paolo, thanks for the help.
