I have a customer on a UC540 running latest code. They hold lengthy conference calls and complain that the calls drop at 2 hours duration (exactly 2 hours). I'm sure this must be an rtp timer tweak but can't find any reference. Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance.

What type of trunks are you using on this system?

Hello Mr. Paul,
can you please show us the
show run
And
debug ccsip messages
debug voip rtp session named
when a non desire disconnection occurs?
it would be great if you can send this debugs to a syslog server for latter analisis
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/pix/pix63/system/message/pixemint.html#wp1020115
sending it to the router console can significantly increase the router CPU
also something that comes into my mind, is the firewall configuration, if you can disable CBAC just to see if it is the firewall who is blocking the call?
or do you have another firewall upstream?
Thank you
Victor

Hi Victor, you're supposed to be on vacation ?!
I'll get some logs set up & forward to you in Cisco support. I'll post a resolution to the thread when we get one.
Thanks
Paul.
