Forgive me as my knowledge of CUCM is limited.
We are in the process of removing desk phones and opting for our desk phone numbers to ring our cellphones instead as our staff is mobile.
The issue that we are having is that when a desk number is dialed, The cell phone does not ring, the call goes straight to the voicemail of the cell phone.
We are sure there is a setting or configuration we are missing but since our experience is limited we are hoping someone here can tell us the error of our ways.
