calls to mobile no's are disconnected.

                  Hi.I've set up a uc540w with 8 phones.The dial plans are correct and I can make and receive calls to landlines and mobiles.When I make a call to a mobile however , the phone rings for a second then disconnects.I can receive calls from mobiles without problem.Could this be a problem with my configuration or Is It probably something to do with the VoIP provider?

It was a problem with the voice codec.Changing from g711ulaw to g729 solved It.I've used g711ulaw on another uc from the same VoIP providers and had no problems.Even the VoIP technical support Is confused as to why It's working with g729.
