Hello,
We've got a ToIP Infraestructure with Linksys SPA942 and Cisco SPA504G phones (All with CDP enabled and working) registered to an Asterisk PBX.
The CM User Tracking utility tags de IP_Phones as normal users, I suppose it's because we don't have CiscoCallManager, but would be there any way for the CM to tag de IP Phones as IP Phones and not as End Users?
Thanks and best regards,
Luciano

Hi Luciano,
the CM collects the Data about the ip phones using the CUCM since it's polling all the phones info from the ccmphonetable
ccmphonetable
"The table containing the list of all IP Phone devices
which have tried to register with the local call manager
at least once."
so there is no way to mark the phones if the call manager is not managed by CM.
hope this is clarifying the issue.

Hi Fadi,
Thank's a lot for the response. Well, what can't be, can't be.
Regards,
Luciano
