Can I hard reset a SPA502G

Hi,

I recently purchased two SPA502G, refurbished from eBay, they are password protected is there a way to hard reset or force it in to recovery mode?

I have emailed about the passwords but they couldn't trace them so I was refunded.

Reset to factory default may or may not help. If password is set by casual user, then it will help. If the password is set because the unit is "customized" for some telco operator, then reset to factory default will not help. You need to ask such operator for password or you are out of luck.
