Can Not Complete Conference

I don't know why, but we cannot conference any calls. Anytime we press Confrn or Join, we get a "Can Not Complete Conference" message.

We have a UC 560 phone system and mostly SPA 504G phones and two Cisco 7937G conference phones.

We recently installed two Cisco SF300 POE switches but we believe the problem occurred prior to this.

Rebooting the phone system did not help.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Never mind. I called Cisco support. The Cisco tech turned off multi-party conferencing, saved the configuration, and then turned it back on and saved the configuration. Seemed to do the trick.
