can't call to "08xx"

Hi,

we have just installed our UC320w (fw 2.1.2) with 2 T0 SIP and an FXO

As we can call all phones (residential and mobiles) but... when we try to call our distributor (on a 08xx number, it's a commercial number in France), the phone said "service indisponible" (unreachable service).

there are no restriction on the T0 and on the FXO (tried with an other pbx 3CX)

don't understand, can somebody help me ???

You need a fix that is in the 2.1.4(3) Limited Deployment Release.  You can find information on the release and installation instructions here:
