Recently set up a UC520. Can call out if the number is local (ie. 10 digits). As soon as you dial a number with a 1 first, the call fails. The display on the phone only shows the first 10 digits dialed. It appears to be truncating the last digit so the call fails. I am not on site, but I do have the full config printed out. WOuld appreciate any help.

This link was helpful getting my outbound calls set up with CCA (... trying to learn CLI as I go ...) but it still may give you some clues.

Hi,
Look at the dial-peer voice ## pots.
Are the FXO lines Centrex?
If so,
dial-peer voice 63 pots
trunkgroup ALL_FXO
corlist outgoing call-national
description **CCA*North American*Long Distance**
translation-profile outgoing OUTGOING_TRANSLATION_PROFILE
preference 5
destination-pattern 91[2-9]..[2-9]......
forward-digits 12
prefix 9
no sip-register
If not,
dial-peer voice 73 pots
trunkgroup ALL_FXO
corlist outgoing call-national
description **CCA*North American*Long Distance**
translation-profile outgoing OUTGOING_TRANSLATION_PROFILE
preference 5
destination-pattern 91[2-9]..[2-9]......
forward-digits 11
no sip-register
Hope this helps.
