Customer would like to create a poor man's outbound dialer using the ability of CUE to send messages to nonsubscribers. In order for this to work, they need to build a distribution list that contains PSTN telephone numbers. According to the documentation for the UC500, the disti lists on CUE may contain, among other entities, blind addresses, but I don't know what qualifies as a blind address. Is this possible with CUE?
