If you are having trouble when opening "voice" or any other window and CCA hangs on loading, do this:
open putty or telnet to UC5x0, run the wr command, and CCA will respond. This has worked for me most every time. I believe that CCA has trouble if the running config and the saved config differ. Good Luck!
