Changing an extension on a phone to an existing user

Hello!

 

Our phone guy is on vacation and we are needing to replace a malfunctioning phone for a user. The phone is a Cisco 7841. I cannot figure out how to set the extension on the phone to the existing extension of the user. I am sure it is a simple task, but I just cannot find the work around to do it. I am open to any help that is available! Thanks.

First what I will need to know is what is the 7841 registering to or what is your call control?
