CID Problem with SPA8800

Hello.

I'm from Paraguay and I need assistance with SPA8800 voip gateway.

My problem is I don't recieve CID

I am sure that the PSTN line send the CID of the caller.

The SPA is conected  through SIP tunk to a asterisk server.
