Hallo,
sorry for my stupid question, but I was looking for solution how to connect my Jabra Engage 65 to VoIP phone. I found Cisco as compatible device. I simple need just to pick up the "phone call" from ordering speaker (for drive-through business regimen). No additional functions of the phone are used. I realize that there is no chance to setup Cisco 6901 for this kind of VoIP (SIP) service without Unified Communication manager. Can you please advice whether I should return the device or there is lowcost solution of UCM for one phone for one time payment.

The CP-6901 can support non-Cisco UCM, like Asterisk.
A known working configuration for 78xx & 88XX can be found HERE. The configuration file is compatible with the CP-6901.

Hallo Leo. Thank you very much for your prompt reply. And sorry for my late answer, due to holiday season. I was looking for the solution just like e.g. Granstream web based PBX is providing. I did not find the possibility of setting FreePBX without having server set up.

How many phones are you trying to get working?
If there is only one phone, there is no need to set up your own FreePBX. A voice provider will provide username and password for the SIP credentials. Configure that into the phone and it should start working.
Just a reminder, you must disable ALG (from your router) and disable NAT.

Thank you. I have the credentials. I am aware that I should include them into the configuration file you have sent earlier. But as a layman into the VOIP I have no clue how to configure that into the phone. We have three SIP accounts (numbers) from VOIP provider. All of them are on the same LAN. Two are taken already with Grandstream phones. As I said I would like to set up the last account as the base for Jabra engage 65 headset to work as a headset for drivethrough purposes where e.g. one account is primarily for regular phone calls. Second account is as ordering speaker "to call" account three which should be Cisco CP 6901 with Jabra headset connected. I would need to upload configuration file you have provided me with onto the Cisco. I tried to browse youtube, but did not find any guiding video. Thanks onece again

Connect the Jabra Engage 65 base station to your VoIP phone using the appropriate cables. Follow the instructions in the Jabra Engage 65 manual to pair the headset with the base station.

The Jabra Engage 65 is listed as compatible with Cisco devices, I'm struggling to set up a direct connection between the headset and the VoIP phone without using a Unified Communication Manager (UCM). My business operates in a drive-through regimen, and I only need the headset to handle incoming calls. Unfortunately, configuring the Cisco 6901 for SIP services without a UCM seems daunting.
