Does anyone have a caller receiving feedback when they call in? I've had multiple people tell me there is feedback when they call in and I'm on my headset.
This usually happens when the headset microphone picks up audio from the headset "speakers" or ear piece. Try lowering the ear piece volume or reducing the microphone gain.
