Cisco IP Phone SPA508G

I'm having issues with this phone at my home, with an internet connection of 20m thru Comcast. Anytime I receive a call, it doesn't ring and goes directly to my voice mail. No problems calling out. IT tech at my work has set up the phone several times and even tried a different phone. Comcast suggests that I contact Cisco. Any suggestions?
