Has anyone started a migration off of the UCS500 to Cisco ISR 4000?

My only concern is that, after 10 years, most of the bugs in the CCA were addressed ; thus it became the first stable GUI in the history of the Java Programming Language.
Does the "Cisco Configuration Professional" used on ISRs have any near the same full functionality as far as telephony services programming?
(Yes, I know, I'm orienting the question around whether the GUI sucks; but my UCE CLI-foo is low, low like Skylab -- also, gotta work with PFYs)
Thanks,. ~BAS
