Hi,
I have a Cisco SPA 303 that is connected to a 3CX system and we are trying to configure it so that it only has 1 extension. We confirmed that all ext (1,2,3) are set to private and ext is configured only on ext1 but all 3 lights on the phone with the same ext number (101).
We tried to re-provision the phone and rebooting the phone but same result.
Software version: 7.5.2
What are we missing?
