Hi, we have a problem with spa112 (firmware Version 1.2.1 (004)).

Every 3-4 days this device crashes ....

symptoms:

1) No dialtone

2) IVR not responding

3) Web GUI not responding

Only way to restore functionality - power cycle a devicce

We have tried other firmware versions with same results

Our colleagues in other city have same problem with that device. Besides there are many topics on that problem on your forum. For example:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2138537

https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2167522

https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2179223

https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2176319

We had been forced to stop deployment of spa112 due that issue and use Linksys SPA8000 instead.

Is there a way to return party of SPA112 back to you for a refund or replacement with Linksys SPA8000.

Thank you.

Hi Igor,

I've searched but cannot locate your email. I've even checked my spam folder. Please send me another email and include something to help me associate your email with this thread. Your credentials are not available to me so the only way I can reach you is by you emailing me your contact information.

In case you've not seen it, I shared a link to the release candidate firmware at

https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3803687#3803687 that corrects the reported crash issue.

Regards,

Patrick---
