SPA112 not registering with voip provider

Hello, I have been trying for weeks to have my SPA112 working but can't make it. My voip provider (voip.ms) says that my device doesn't seem to be working fine. I'm a little new to voip and would like some help to troubleshoot.

Firmware is the latest (Version 1.2.1 (004)), we have tried many ports, put my router in DMZ, etc. All I get is Registration State:    Failed

I know my account info is good since I able to register with X-Lite and Zoiper.

Any idea?
