We've recently received some SPA502G IP phones and after upgrading to the spa50x-30x-7-5-7.bin firmware, the phone is unresponsive.
It starts with the three lights on (mic off / headphones / speaker), then they turn off and the display becomes just white, no Cisco logo, no message, no menu, nothing at all, just white. The phone is neither trying to get an IP address, so we cannot try to update the firmware with the recovery tool.
Is there a key combination to perform a factory reset on the phone? Otherwise, should I return this unit?
