Cisco SPA514G Cutting off last number

Hi all.

I'm running into an issue with a phone (SPA514G) that doesn't appear to be properly sending all digits dialed. The user has the last digit cut off when sending it to the phone server. We are trying to dial "9612xxxxxxx". The reason why is the phone server looks at the 9 and adjusts the CID to a different number.

Here is the dial plan that is in place:

(*xx|9[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|[3469]11S0|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

I did check to see if it was hitting the expected dial plan (in bold) using this http://supremeit.com/voip/dialplan.php but still having issues. Using the example number, the phone server is only see 9612xxxxxxx instead of the full.
