I am new to this community and would like to introduce myself. I am Peter from Holland and the proud over of a TT60-16.
I got this Cisco TT60-16 with remote control (CTS-CTRL-DV8) at an auction of a previous employer when they closed a site. Unfortunately it never completely worked as it should for the purpose I had in mind. I like to use it as an extension to my PC for watching streaming videos but I have no knowledge whatsoever on Cisco products nor the technical side of this screen.
What are the issues I ran into:
- Audio never worked
- Remote control stopped working (only exclamation mark symbol is lighting up white). Initially it worked and the camera on top of the screen was displaying the feed. Not anymore. (Camera does seem to start up when powered is initialising)
- Extended display is working fine but gives the message at the bottom "Verbinding met Touchscreen verbroken" which translates into "Connection with touchscreen lost".
I am by no means a specialist in this matter; would you be able to guide me in a step by step trouble shooting?
