I have a few UC560's deployed and I am worried that if any decided to crash (hard drive will inevitably give out), that they will be sitting ducks. I was wondering if anyone knows some Cisco Guru's that offer paid support for UC560 phone systems?
Or perhaps a way to clone the hard drive in order to swap out if needed, or there something else to it?
Any info or insight is greatly appreciated!
