I've came across an old CISC U560 PBX and was asked to configure one thing here that I'm not sure whether it is even possible.
All external incoming calls are forwarded to a specific extension (XX) and if not answered, they are forwarded to a "blast group". This works fine. However, a user that is using that XX extension is complaining that even if he receives internal calls, they are forwarded to blast group and he would like to transfer them to VM if not responded instead.
Is the above possible? External incoming call to work as they work now and all internal calls to the same extension will be transferred to VM? Or how this is usually set up?
