Compatibility SPA 303 with CUCM9

Is SPA303 compatible with Cisco Call Manager 9.0. There is this big deployment, and we have these 66 IP Phones (SPA303) and I want to know if SIP can work on this phones so they can be integrated with the Call Manager. And, if its not posible, how can I make them work. Is there any special license I should consider?
