Does anyone know how or if the join tone on conference calls can be adjusted on a UC560? We get a lot of complaints that it is too long and loud. Of course if I turn it off I get complaints they don't know they have joined the conference.

The tones can be completely customized in the CLI: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeconf.html#wp1021172
Unfortunately I do not believe CCA offers anything other than the default.
