I have a UC520 that is currently in production. For some reason, they can not do ad-hoc conferencing to any long distance calls; they tell me they hear a message that says "conference cannot be completed on line".
Would this be a system message or possibly something with their PRI provider? Unfortunately I can't go to the site so I can't hear the message for myself. Any ideas? Thanks.
