Hey Anish,

As the CP-6921 IP phone are VoIP phones so you cannot connect them direcly via Analog lines, nor there's a converter for this to the best of my knowledge.

However if you meant to connect it to a normal port on switch which is not a POE (Power over Ethernet) then you either need to buy wall Adapter or you need something know as Mid Span Power Injector.

Kindly confirm if this answers your question

Thanks and Regards

There's no plug&play solution avaiable from Cisco. Well, it's possible to develop solution based on SPA8800, but there are reasons not to do it - per-port cost of such solution will be unacceptable high. Even with a convertor from other vendor. Thus ...

  1. Leave your CP6921 unused, forget convertor and buy a regular phones. It will save a lot of money to you.
    or
  2. Replace bunch of upstream PSTN lines by one digital line. Like ISDN BRI/PRI or so (exact choice depends on number of lines you have and country you live in).

If you have few lines only, the [1] is best solution for you. For "more than few" the [2] may be better. But [2] require skilled technician to design and implement solution. It's not project for "just home user".
