Hello,
I have a 4 CP-9971 running on a UC540 system. Everything is wireless. Most of the phone act erratically, get stuck on registering or connecting, when there is a video call the image gets garbled and the phone freezes.
The network does not have more than 10 people in it.
Please help!!!

Hi the phones were all on auto 802.11.
Just changed it to b/g.
Will let you know how it behaves.

Guys,
It turns out the environment is highly crowded with wifi signals. There are too many wifi networks around from other offices. So what i did was to remove the auto from the 802.11 b/g mode on the phones, and choose a less used channel. Is working a lot better.
Thanks all.
