I need to create a Cisco SmartNet quote for a UC560 and I'm not sure which option to choose. It needs to be 3 years, 24x7x4, and preferrably onsite. Can someone give me some guidance as to which option to select from the drop down box in the quoting tool?
Thanks!

For SMB products the smartnet SKU's are always 3 years and you only have two options. 8x5xNBD or 24x7x4. There are no onsite options for SMB products. This link has your options for the UC560

When I select "3YR SBPro Service SW+24x7x4 (SBS4)" , which according to the Service Finder link is the one I should choose (SBS4), from the Quote Wizard drop down box. It gives me the following and will not let me continue with the quote creation process. I'm not sure how to get past this and order the SmartNet.

Which quoting tool are you using? The only available by cisco for UC SMB products is available here.

That must be my problem. I was trying to use the regular Cisco Quoting tool (https://tools.cisco.com/scc/sms3c3dispatch) that I normally use. I have a part number for the SmartNet (CON-SBS4-SVC1). Should I just be able to give that to my distributor for ordering?

Yes, you can order the smartnet SKUs separately through disty.

Note that there is no "SmartNet" on UC540/560, only Small Business Pro support provided by the Small Business Support Centre. If you need SmartNet and CLI support, this is only available on the UC520.
Just order the CON-SBS4-SVC1 from your favourite disty.
