Hello All,
I have a UC520 running IOS 12.4.22(T) and CME 7.0(1) which I have upgraded a number of times to get here. But I just noticed that the CUE is still at version 3.0 and I need to upgrade it to latest version. I have read about the CCA and that it could not be the perferred process. Any advice on how to upgrade the CUE to that lastest version?
The UC520 is the 48 phone model.
Thanks

CCA does give an option to upgrade the CUE software it shouldn't be an issue. If you have smartnet on your device which I assume you do with the upgrades you have already performed you can get help from TAC at 800-553-2447

Hello,
I do have a contract on the system. I see a number of post about issue during upgrade of the CUE via the CCA and believe there is a CLI way to upgrade the CUE. I will call support.
Thanks

Hartman,
The CUE upgrade documentation is available on cisco.com.
For CUE 3.2 http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel3_2/installation/guide_/over32.html.
For CUE 7.0 http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel7_0/install/upgrade.html.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for the links.
Currently I run CUE 3.0.3. Do you think I should jump to 7.X or incremental to say 3.2 then 7
Thanks
