Custom Voicemail Greeting Format

When I try to upload a custom voicemail greeting through the CUE GUI, it says unsupported file format.  What is the correct format for a voicemail greeting?

I wonder if it wants .wav file with the following format:

G.711 u-law, 8 kHz, 8 bit,  Mono.

Also, I seem to remember the file cannot be larger than 1 MB (about 2 minutes)
