Hello,
It sends *DB out my Sip trunk so I'm getting a busy signal immediatly. What can I do to keep it inside? Also, it was trying to register the dn's with my service provider, so I manually cleaned that up. I'm very excited for this feature to work with CCA, but I think I need a tweak yet.
Thanks
Stephanie

Hm... doesn't sound right that it would send *DB to your SIP provider.
Can you provide your 'show run' excluding the pwds and enable the following debugs when you try to use dialable intercom?

We found the problem and we are actively working on resolving this. As a workaround you would need to go into the CLI and shutdown one of your dial-peers.
Can you post your 'show run' output excluding the pwds? I'll be able to tell you which dial peers to shutdown.
Thanks,
Anthony

Does your SIP trunk provider support star codes? If not you'll need to shut down these dial peers for dialable intercom to work in the interim-
dial-peer voice 1001
shut
dial-peer voice 1002
shut
Thanks,
Anthony

Seems to have done the trick. Thank you for the help. I'm not positive if my provider supports star codes, but most likely not.
Again
Thanks!
