DID numbers on analog lines

guys,

i need to set DID numbers run on the 4 pots lines on the uc 500 series. is it possible to do this with the fxo card module?

if it is, any examples on this type of setup? if it isn't, what are the required hardwares needed?

You are running into a limitation of the technology you are using. Analog phone lines can only have a single number associated with a given line. You're best bet would be to direct calls to an auto attendant or a receptionist for call routing. If you require this functionality you will either need an ISDN line or a SIP trunk.
