Hello all,
We are a small business with three office locations. We have 20 Cisco 7841 phones that we use with Jive VoIP services.
I would like to set a ring tone for call transfers that is different than the ringtone for external calls.
I am new to Cisco and VoIP phones in general, so I am not sure if I am missing something. Jive said this is something that has to be done on the phone, but I have not figured out how to set a ringtone that is different for internal calls on the Cisco 7841 phone.
Can anyone help?
