Does anyone know how I can disable/remove the ignore button on the Cisco 303G voip phone?
We have users that like to ignore phone calls and this would solve my issue.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

PSK are configurable. So if you wish not to have "ignore" button listed on "ringing" screen just remote it from definition ( Phone -> Programmable Softkeys -> Ringing Key List)
But I suspect it may not solve your issue in full. You can hide the button, but users can still ignore the call - they can either mute the ringer, or just ignore ringing phone. If a staff should not be allowed to ignore call, it must be ordered by boss. Those who will ignore the rule needs to be fired - be sure no one will ignore further calls then.

Empty option value mean "use default". You asked to remove "ignore" button so don't touch other. E.g. set Ringing Key List to answer|1

ahh...
is there an administrator document that shows how to change all these values???
for example answer 1 etc
I would have never guess that "answer 1" would remove the ignore button.
any document that shows all the possible values would be GREAT!!!
THANKS FOR MUCH DAN!!!

Answer|1 will not remove the ignore button. Removal of ignore will remove ignore button. Leave Answer button declaration untouched unless you are wishing to drop such button as well. Answer button has no relationship to ignore button beyond the fact both are displayed on ringing screen by default.
Consider to read Administrators Guide. Customizing Phone Softkeys paragraph starts on page 60.
There's no document with list of all configuration options, but you can fetch phone's current configuration - it contain all options known to particular firmware. Also SPC compiler can create such list for you.
