I just requested from the carrier that DNIS digits be added to the SIP trunk service on this particular account. The customer needed to identify for reporting reasons which toll-free numbers were being dialed by the caller. They have several toll-free numbers being sent to the same DID and ending up on the a B-ACD group. The customer's carrier account manager said that this would be easily done by adding DNIS digits to the service.
The question is do I need to make changes to the inbound translation patterns on the UC-560? The carrier will be outpulsing 4 digits.
