Cisco has introduced collaborative license in BE3K, and in the ordering guide it is mentioned like it includes Jabber clients for both desktop and mobile.
Following is the description of 'collaborative license' from the Cisco ordering guide version 8.6.4 for BE3000.
Collaboration User License: Cisco has added a new Collaboration User License to simplify ordering, and delivery. The new Colloboration User license includes licensing for call control, voicemail, multiple devices (up to 3), 1 year of WebEx Connect services, and Jabber clients both desktop and mobile.
Does it mean that, there is no need to buy 'L-JAB9-DSK-K9'(desktop jabber clients), 'IPH-USR-LIC' under MOBILE-K9 (mobile jabber clients) licenses if i have collaborative licenses, can anyone please confirm.

Hi,
When ordering the collab license for the BE3K, you will be using top level product code R-BE3K-COLLAB. This allows you to specify the type of soft client you wish to use.
So to answer your question, yes you do have to order a right to use license for your choice of soft client, but these are available at zero cost when ordering the Collab license.
Here is an example:
