Error Unable to get list of config files from the Cisco UC320W

Small Business UC320W Configuration Utility ver 2.3.2 (6)

When I try to login UC320W I get the following error screens below. the login screen just freeezes up. Is there a way to reload the config for the UC320W via USB or another way.

I get the the following messages again and again. Urgernt need assistance

To reload the config via USB you need to login .

Also check if you are using the compatible browser and flash player.

I advise you to contact Cisco Small Business Support Center.  If you cannot login to the device, there may still be a chance to recover your device.  Our Customer Support personnel should be able to assist you in recovering your UC320W.
