I asked Tech Data about the pricing on extended warranties for the 8800 and 320

and they were not able to find a specific part number.

They told me to use the following numbers:

Can anyone confirm the SKU for:

UC320W-FXO-K9

- 3YR SB Pro Service SW+8x5xNBD

I', also having difficulty with vendors knowing which is needed.  I imagine that it's because the product is so new.

CON-SBS-SVC3 or

CON-SBS-SVC2

I'd hate to get the wrong one... It's the only thing holding back the last part of our equiptment order. Thanks!

I'm seeing CON-SBS-SVC1 for the SPA504g 3YR SB Pro Service SW+8x5xNBD everywhere I look, too.

On a similar note ... about the UC320  implementation they are small and are using 200 Series switches SG200-08 and SG200-08P, and the RVS4000 Router/Firewall.  Are there available Small Biz Pro Service Extended warrenties available for these devices as well?
