Good day, is there a way to factory reset the SPA504g phones remotely. I have over 20 phones, just update latest firmware and need to have them reset for provisioning

No, it's not possible reliably. But you can reset one of them, save it's configuration then provision it to other phones.

Or, virgin configurations for particular firmware versions are available here: Added/removed/changed XML tags between N and M firmware of SPA50x

But I'm unsure you need reset to factory default. It seems you wish to download new configuration only, isn't it ?
