when i do a drag and drop of the zip file cmterm-7911_7906-sccp.8-5-2 into the UC520 icon, it doesn't appear to me the file upload dialog. what can be the problem?

Try disabling your UAC(User Account Control) settings on your Windows Machine.

i use windows 8 , i don't find turn user account on or of in the User account how can disable that?

it 's fine i succeded to drag and drop the files but the problem now that the phone firmware update takes several times and don't register.

The 79XX series can reboot a few times. You may try enabling tftp debugging to make sure everything is downloading correctly.
You may also try incremental upgrades.

should i upgrade the firmware with all the version of 8 to let the phone load the 9? and are they free all the version or not?

when i try debug tftp events it shows only debuging tftp is on there are no files transmitted.
