Sorry I am new to this, so any help willl be appreciated. We recently purchased a uc560 with 7942G phones. Everything works fine the only issue we currently have is when an incoming call comes in the first inital of the first name does not show up. For example if I John smith calls on that number the name shows as ohn smith, I have looked through the posts and could not find anything, I also looked through the CCA and could not find anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
