Hello everyone,
I would like to know if it's possible to transfer calls to the
person who has forwarded them to you.
In fact, my boss doesn't want to receive calls directly, so I got
an idea to forward them to another person who will appreciate
if it is needed to transfer a call to the boss or not.
The issue is that, if I do this, when to call back the forwarder (boss), the
phone is busy.
so, is this idea possible or there is another one to use.
Thanks

It's not question with generic answer. It's matter of particular CallControl/PBX software/hardware.
By the way - it seems you are trying to forward call from phone S (Secretary) to phone B (Boss) while phone B have active CallForward Unconditional to S.
You are receving 'Busy' becauise the call manually forwarded from S to B is automatically forwarded from B to S - but the phone S is busy.
It can't work with most common implementation of call forward.
We have the kind of bosses. Our system doesn't honor CFU for the calls coming from the same number where the call os forwarded do - but we have Asterisk system which allow me to customize behavior like this one ...
Your (unknown) system may or may not support the feature you are wishing for.

On which hardware it is running (and which version of Call Manager)?
OK, I have no experience with Call Manager on whatever platform. And issue in question have no relationship to particular end phone. Hope someone else will respond.
