I have a client using a UC320 and they have asked about the voicemail forwarding feature. They would like to be able to record an introduction to be included.
The manual indicates the procedure for doing so. In option 5 it says enter the extension number, press #, and record your message. Then press # or hang up to exit.
But when the client tries entering the extension and presses #, the message is immediately forwarded without any chance to record an introduction. I think as soon as you enter an extension the message is forwarded.
Anyone out there with a UC320, can you try to find out if there is a sequence to make this work?
