General Issues relating to UC320 features

Guys

We had configured UC320 for a client couple of months ago....

He came out with couple of objections like....

1.  Call forwarding takes about 18seconds...

2.  In process to return a missed call, you cannot hit the dial button as dial pattern has to use 0 in front of the number...

3. In a simultaneous ring pattern, with 4handsets ringing together for an incoming call, even if you answer the call from one handset other 3 still shows missed call...

4. With SPA 525 handset where a mobile can be connected via Bluetooth.. One can import the phone book but agin cannot call using it as it needs to add a 0 in front of the number to be called...

5. You cannot forward a particular line using codes given by telco as UC320 does not understand * command...

Any suggestions... As the client is not happy about all this basic features missing.... We might be missing on some programming part...

1. Not sure

2. This has been a known issue since day one. Cisco has not fixed it. Many other complaints on the forums about this.

3. Another known problem, again -- no fix yet.

4. Havn't heard of this particular issue, but its not surprising. Doubt you will get a fix for this one -- you will probably have to edit them all manually.

5. This should work fine if you are in key mode. If you are in PBX mode, this would not be expected to work -- by design.
